                           Risa Simon is a  professional speaker, consultant, author,  CKD patient coach and the PKD Foundation's Phoenix Chapter Coordinator—as well as a PEERS® Mentor for the National Kidney Foundation. Melissa Blevins is a Registered Nurse and Chief Operations Administrator of Organ Transplant at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and a living kidney donor, who decided to transform her passion for promoting organ donation into "MAKnificent" action by donating one of her kidneys to Risa. Her unique leadership skills and emotional intelligence continue to inspire good-hearted people to transform their intentions into action.

Melissa is also a highly talented Graphics Leadership Coach who uses a unique interactive blend of energy, visual graphics and words to reveal client barriers which are unconsciously sabotaging visionary goals.

As a master in leadership skills and work process interpretation, Melissa applies graphic recording expertise to chart people to goal-centered action. Her sought after skills are best known for shifting existing situations into winning possibilities.
